The apartment offers space for four persons. It has one bedroom with a luxurious box-spring bed for two persons and french doors leading to a spacious balcony. The living room has a comfortable sleeping couch for two persons and french doors leading to the balcony as well. The apartment has a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hobs and oven.
Each of the spacious and modern apartments has one or more satellite flatscreen TV’s, a hairdryer and a safe. Towels and bedding sheets are present.

- City tax is not included in the price.
- For persons over the age of 17 the city tax is € 2,70 pppn in the summer and in wintertime.
- Cleaning of the apartment after your stay is not included. Price for cleaning is € 45.00.
- If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Your down payment will be returned to your account.
- If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival 70 percent of the total price of reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
